First Time Accident Claim

I wanted to say thank-you for all the assistance I received when I recently had a car accident and then had to make an insurance claim. Because I had first time driver insurance I never had any experience with making a claim, and I was quite traumatised, which made the whole thing even more difficult, confusing and time-consuming. Fortunately, my insurance company worked really hard on my behalf, and I barely had to lift a finger with regards to the claim, this was a good thing because I broke my wrist in the accident and my fingers needed resting!
