How to Lower Monthly Bills

Jean and Peter have been having a difficult time the last few months.  Peter was laid off from his company because of the economy.  He had been working in real estate for nearly 16 years.  Peter has decided to go back to school to get into a new field of work.  Because of this situation they have been looking at how they can lower their bills.  Jean has decided that one way would be to look into a different car insurance.  There premium is high and they want to see if they can get a lower monthly bill.  Peter agreed that they needed to start somewhere and the car insurance was a good place to start.
