There are several accountants directory online that allow you to search for an accountant in your area. Using a directory is a good way to get a list of well qualified accountants. Make sure to take the time to get to know the person you are going to hand over all your financial information to. Interview them if need be and make sure you feel comfortable with them. Sometimes asking for references is also a good ideal.
