Bristol to Cambridge

I am a student and following my successful application to cambridge university it was finally time to move before id even realized! luckily i used a company called Man and van Bristol Who helped me move all of my things into my new student accommodation. How do you keep track of vehicle maintenance? My mechanic yelled at me again today because I forgot to bring my car in for its regular oil change.
