After I got back to the office the other day, I noticed that there was a note on my desk from my boss, and he wanted me to come and see him. When I went in to his office, he told me that he had been speaking with one of my clients about a whiplash accident claim, and he was very impressed with how I handled the situation. He noticed that I had taken all of the details of the crash into account before giving the client an estimate on what sort of compensation he would get. I explained that I was doing my best.
