A word about filing for divorce - A cheating spouse is not penalized in divorce court. While cheating is grounds for a divorce, there are no corrective damages awarded the spouse who was cheated on. This may be something to think about before you hire an investigator to catch a cheating spouse. 

An investigator will be able to go to places that you cannot go and follow your spouse. A good investigator will not let anyone know that they are tailing him or her and will know how to blend in with the crowd. Because technology has come such a long way, it is not difficult for an investigator to get photos without having to use a flash.
