How To Start Running Program

Dear Yuri,

I am 65 years old, have no running experience, but because of chronic depression problems, I invested in your how to start running program.  When I first started I could barely run 1/2 mile. But let me tell you, after 3 weeks of your interval training, I did a slow outside run, of 7 miles this Sunday. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!  The running is tough, but I focus on the great feeling I get when I complete the session. I can feel the depression leave when running, and am looking forward to some 5K races this spring. Thank you for putting such a great program together, and I am just getting started!!! Let’s just see what this old man can do!!!!
