My Brother’s Apartment Project

My brother bought a foreclosure apartment building last week. Since I am unemployed he has asked me to help him with the project. He wants me to become LEED certified so that he can remodel the building into an energy saving efficiency apartment complex. He wants to include heat and lights in the price of the rent so he needs to keep costs down as much as possible. The fact of the matter is I did not know a thing about this type of work, however I have been reading online. It is going to cost him a little bit more up front in order to save money in the long run.
