Being a Caregiver
Living Your Life on Purpose

with Jim Field, Ph.D.

Saturday, April 26, 2008
9:30 – 11:30 am

The purpose of the group is to reflect on the following questions.

  • What does it mean to you personally to be a caregiver?
  • In your role as caregiver, how can you invite more acceptance?
  • How can you claim your personal boundaries as a caregiver?
  • How can you be more self-loving and ask for assistance in your caregiving?

The intended outcome is for caregivers to have a greater understanding of themselves and their role and to receive support.

The group will be limited to 12 participants per week. Please register by email at jim@drjimfield.com or phone 851-0145; give your name and phone number.

The workshops will continue on May 31 and June 28. Please re-register for each month. Join the group for as many Saturdays as you can attend.
